The food choices we make are responsible for most of the fat accumulated on the stomach area. Commonly referred to as visceral fat and considered the most dangerous type as it wraps around the internal organs which can lead to a number of serious health issues.

Being aware of the health risks we are exposing ourselves to should be the only wake up call needed to make significant healthy changes to our current diet and fitness lifestyle. Changes that in effect will improve well being and promote fat burning within the body.

How to get a flat stomach without implementing changes to your current diet will be extremely difficult.
Diet

The first step you need to take is to create a new healthy balanced diet plan consisting of Natural Organic Foods. Lean Meats, Leafy Green Vegetables Oatmeal, Fresh Berries, Nuts and Raw Seeds are only a few examples to include.

However boring it may sound, be assured these fat burning foods will not only get you the results that you desire quickly, but you may find that you are already eating many of them already. It is just a question of removing the bad foods in your current diet and replacing them with foods that will get the fat burning furnace in the body up and running effectively to burn calories.

These foods are effective in reinforcing the immune system, eliminating toxins from the body and as a result you will find you have more energy to burn calories and your quality of sleep will be greatly improved.
With a healthy diet in place the next step is to introduce exercise into your daily routine to help tone and firm the core muscles. Create a 20 minute workout routine consisting of Bicycle Crunches, Sit Ups and Cardio exercises.

You can choose to work out every day if you wish but three 20 minute sessions per week is sufficient to achieve results. Make exercising a fun activity that you actually look forward to. Workout to your favorite music, time passes quickly when you are having fun. Change your routine frequently to avoid getting bored and before you know it you will have the perfect flat stomach you wished for.
