Losing Inches for Military Tape Test

If you need to lose inches for the military tape test (The Air Force PT Test), look no further than the Infrared Body Wrap. The body composition part of the Air Force physical fitness test, evaluated by an abdominal circumference measurement can be difficult for some to pass. This is often the most difficult part of the test for Airmen and officers to pass. Too many are failing by only an inch or two. A series of Infrared Body Wraps is a proven method to reduce waist size by targeting the waist area, melting body fat.

Over the years, I have personally wrapped hundreds of Air Force personnel from Nellis and Creech Air Force bases with great success in reducing waist size. The wrap is a targeted heat system using Infrared technology, which produces a concentrated heat, deep inside the body to melt down fat for fast inch loss.

Far-infrared radiant (FIR) heat is a form of naturally occurring energy that heats the body by a process called direct light conversion. The energy travels down to the bone and radiates outward deep in the body to increase circulation and nourish damaged tissue. The infrared heat is safe to use, allowing deep heat penetration that is not possible with other methods of heating.

Following the infrared Wrap, body wrap technicians recommend that clients follow a balanced exercise and eating program. For best results, it is preferable right before a workout as this will help burn the most dramatic amount of calories and has maximum impact on body definition. Drinking water before, during and after a session allows the body to stay hydrated, and replaces body fluids sweated out during the session.

Infrared therapy also may help with chronic fatigue, water retention, skin disorders, and the elimination heavy metals and toxins from the body. For many years, Infrared has helped in promoting healing in therapy sessions, reducing muscle soreness, muscle spasms and relief for rheumatoid arthritis. NASA research has shown that far infrared on the cardiovascular system was a great way of keeping astronauts hearts' in optimal condition.

Heart studies done by The Mayo Clinic and the Journal of the American College of Cardiology found that infrared therapy significantly improved blood vessel functioning in patients. The therapy can also increase circulation and body metabolism, lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar, and help in weight loss.

You should start your series of Infrared Body Wraps two to four weeks before your military tape test. The average inch loss around the waist area is half an inch per session, although, some experience more loss.

Infrared Body Wraps can help with losing inches for the body composition test in a rapid amount of time. Military personnel that struggle to pass the body composition, waist measurement part of their PT test should all know that there is a safe and effective alternative.
