Healthy Benefits Of Quantum Nutrition Methods

By Teri Farley

The concept of quantum nutrition focuses on methods of food consumption that promote comprehensive fitness. By utilizing this model, you may be able to enrich the way your body harnesses the maximum benefit of the nutrients consumed. This practice can be an avenue of opportunity to promote excellent health benefits.

Cellular structure is unique to all living things. Studies indicate that when nutrients are cultivated and prepared in optimal environments, their cellular composition is enhanced. When these nutrients are consumed, the structure of the consumers cells is improved, maximizing the long term nutritional effects of the food.

There are numerous food sources. However, not all of them are good for overall health. Individuals can take simple steps to ensure that healthy benefits are realized. Being informed is an important step in the process.

Beef cattle are a prominent international food source for both meat and dairy products. You could consider their food sources while considering yours. Natural pasture, silage, and hay are the best food sources for cattle. The conditions in which those plants are raised is important to think about. Additionally, being mindful of any supplements such as antibiotics and fillers would be beneficial. Harvesting and preservation methods are also important. A stress free gentle harvest can make a difference in the quality of beef. Preservation of meat using natural methods is also advantageous to consumers.

For example, salt is a common item found in most kitchens. But there are many different kinds of salt. Some of them originate from underground ocean beds. Others come from salt lakes or other water sources. It is important to consider these sources. Environmental conditions such as surrounding land and rainfall can play a role in the overall quality of salt. Still, the composition of salt is fairly standard. However, processing methods and additives can change this. Processed table salt contains additives that can damage its original cellular composition.

Rice is an international food staple. Recent studies show that certain types of brown and white rice contains arsenic. This is due to the cultivation of rice in soils that were previously tainted with arsenic from certain fertilizers used in the past. And while these fertilizers are no longer legal to sell, the soil is still contaminated with the toxins. To compound the issue, when rice is watered, there is increased arsenic released into the plants. This consideration is a prime example for the need to support the idea of quantum nutrition.

Before cooking rice, make sure that it is rinsed very thoroughly. Use a stainless steel rice cooker or pot that does not have a nonstick surface. Studies show that nonstick surfaces can leach toxic chemicals known as perfluorooctanoic acids. This is a type of perfluorinated compound. Some research indicates the effects of the acids include pancreatic and liver tumors in lab animals. It is also estimated to take approximately four years, maybe more, to eliminate these toxins from the human body.

As an informed consumer, you can raise your awareness of quantum nutrition methods. Consider better food sources and their means of preparation. Make intentional decisions that support your healthy choices. Those decisions can make a powerfully beneficial difference in your health.
