In the beginning, you will be advised to follow the Sole Source or Sole Source Plus plan. The average calorie intake for the first stage plan is not more than 615 calories per day. Whereas, the second stage plan comprises of maximum 810 calories a day. You would be required to consume three plan products and on top of that you can have some skimmed milk, vegetables and protein rich food items.

Next comes the phase where you can eat 1000 calories a day containing two arrangement items. Aside from those, you can have some low fat milk along with your breakfast as ordinary and you're permitted to have sound plates of mixed greens for lunch and your supper. The last step is known as the Maintenance stage where you have to keep up the weight you've lost and follow a good diet routine.The consultant expert may prescribe you make a visit to them after a while and keep having those branded products at least once every day but you don't necessarily have to follow their advice especially when you're capable of maintaining yourself.
