Ashwagandha, an Indian herb believed to have a variety of supplements that reduce stress, boost ones energies and immune system, and prevent heart conditions. Similar to most herbs, it can cause insomnia when taken before bedtime; as a result, it should be taken when one is not about to go to sleep so as to avoid this side effect.

Eleuthero is another natural supplement that helps in reducing inflammation, lessening fatigue, relieving pain, and enhancing the immune system. Also, the supplements are known to boost ones energies and are recommended to be taken when one is busy and not when going to bed as this will not maximize their potential.

In summation, these supplements can be very beneficial but it is crucial to make sure that there is no underlying problem that is causing the drainage of energy.
